Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation message via email or text. You will then receive another notification once a shipping label is created for your order. This does not mean that your order has shipped, it simply means that we are preparing your order. We typically get orders out before the allotted 1-3 days, and we are a small family owned business that takes pride in delivering the best handmade products and service to our customers!

If you pay for priority shipping, that does not mean that your order ships sooner. The priority shipping is a guarantee from the USPS that your order will arrive quickly (1, 2 or 3 days depending on which option you choose). 

If you ever need something sent immediately, please email us and we will try and accommodate you. This is for emergencies only (i.e. birthday gift, graduation gift, or if an item is needed for a special event). 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order or products, please contact us immediately so we can work together to create a solution!

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. If an order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it.

We recommend hand washing your headbands and then laying them flat to dry.

Currently we only sell online; however, we attend several vendor shows throughout the year. Make sure you be on the lookout for announcements if you live in the Kalamazoo area!
