HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

First you’ll need to sign up for our subscription! You have from the 1st to the 18th of each month to sign up initially. After the initial charge, your card will then be charged every 30 days and you will receive a new set of Happy Headbands each month from then on, or until your subscription period ends. 

   For example, if you order on the 5th of the month, you will be charged on that day, and then 30 days after that. 

On the 19th of each month, the chance to sign up for the subscription will close, and then reopen again on the 1st of the next month. 

CAN I PICK OUT OR SWAP WHICH HEADBANDS I RECEIVE?

Nope! We carefully select fun and new patterns for the subscriptions. These are EXCLUSIVE items that are only available to subscribers!

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Absolutely. Just login to your account or email us at info@thehappyheadbandco.com to cancel your subscription. Please note that once your card has been charged and an order created for that month, we will NOT be cancelling your order. You will have to cancel the following month. Please email us with any questions!

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION HEADBAND?

We do not refund or exchange items from the Headband of the Month club. All sales are final. If you need help with your order, please contact us at info@thehappyheadbandco.com

WHEN WILL MY HEADBANDS SHIP?

Headband of the Month subscriptions will ship out within 1-3 business days of your card being charged.
