HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
First, you’ll need to sign up for our subscription! You have from the 1st to the 25th of each month to sign up initially for your subscription. After the initial charge, your card will then be charged every 30 days and you will receive a new set of Happy Headbands each month from then on, or until your subscription period ends.
For example, if you order on the 5th of the month, you will be charged on that day, and then 30 days after that.
CAN I PICK OUT OR SWAP WHICH HEADBANDS I RECEIVE?
Nope! We carefully select fun and new patterns for the subscriptions. These are EXCLUSIVE items that are only available to subscribers!
CAN I SKIP THE MONTH IF I DON'T WANT THE PRINTS FOR THE MONTH?
Yep! Just login to your account and make sure to skip the upcoming month so that your card won't be charged! Please note that once your card has been charged, we will not be canceling your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely. Just log in to your account or email us at info@thehappyheadbandco.com to cancel your subscription. Please note that once your card has been charged and the order created for that month, we will NOT be canceling your order. You will have to cancel the following month. Please email us with any questions!
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION HEADBAND?
We do not refund or exchange items from the Headband of the Month club. All sales are final. If you need help with your order, please contact us at info@thehappyheadbandco.com
WHEN WILL MY HEADBANDS SHIP?
Headband of the Month subscriptions will ship out within 2-3 business days of your card being charged.
